Thanks Iver,
I seem to be acquiring a number of health issues far to early in life and mobility suddenly seems to be one of them so I'm trying to automate as much as possible whilst I can and maintain my activity in the hobby. Working on the project very slowly at the moment.

Re: Automated ROR control possible with AA
Hello Iver, perhaps not, I may have used incorrect terminology. A similar set up to yourself may well be the way. I'm following a youtube presentation for adding motor controlled roof opening and closing manually and the chap has also progressed to remotely opening and closing using NINA which I may...

Re: calibration (dark,Flat & Bias
Fabio & Alessandro, I've disabled the save, but still getting the P. I suspect I have a misunderstanding in general with respect to applying darks and flats to raw images and saving them under AA8. seems to be a bit esoteric. Besides applying them to clean up the image I also need to get it correctl...

Re: calibration (dark,Flat & Bias
Hi I'm using the preprocessing tab of AA8 to apply darks to a set of images. The application would seem to add a P to the resultant images. How am I able to apply dark and or flat with the processed image not changing its file name. The resulting file will be compared to master files, hence file nam...

Re: calibration (dark,Flat & Bias
Good day Fabio, I shall read through your comments and try them out. I have also had a friend give me some advice on creating darks etc and applying them and also how to create a master. No I meant to calibrate single images. I'm not an imager so don't usually do pretty pictures. I need individual i...

Re: calibration (dark,Flat & Bias
Fabio, I have now additionally done the flat field (inc the dark flats) correction and have a single corrected displayed. So i guess I now save this image. Which again I guess would be the 11 stacked corrected image. ? Suppose I wanted to calibrate the the II images individually. I suppose this coul...

Re: calibration (dark,Flat & Bias
Fabio,
I have successfully followed these instructions and have the single image with noise much reduced, but the flat faults showing. What would be the next steps?
Cheers, Eric
