copy and paste in SP4

I was using copy and paste on images as a form of clone stamp and in SP3 it was simple to do with a % transparency to blend in. With SP4 that seems to have change with now three options for how to paste and no % transparency so paste effect is quite noticeable

oh actually I just realised it hasn't changed...I was doing Copy & Paste using right mouse click and the opacity is still there. If you do copy and paste from menu it behaves differently
