I use an ST 8300C which produces very large images . When preprocessing AA 4.0 runs out of memory
regularly . Anyone know of a work around or fix ? Thanks

Re: AA 4.0
Before launching Preprocessing just verify that:
1) There are no images opened in the AA desktop.
2) The option "Keep all images opened" is not enabled.
AA5 is a bit better and starts to suffer with 25 megapixel images when Sigma/Median is used inside Preprocessing.
The next service pack (december-january) will improve it to 50. All this is related only to Sigma/Median combining in Preprocessing, if you use HotPixelRemoval or DefectMaps and Average/Sum then there are no problems even with 100 megapixel images (the S/N may be even better too).
