Hello

Since I have installed SP3 my computer (WIN 10, 32bit) crashed down during a photo session with blue screen "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" for several times.
Did anybody had the same reaction?

which camera?
Searching on Google shows that "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" is usually caused by drivers after some Windows 10 updates.
By the way, you can easily uninstall AA6 sp3, using the same Setup.
Before uninstalling, other things that you could try are:
1) In AA6 SP3 try with camera control 6.01 and 6.2.
2) Look in your camera producer web site if a new driver is available.

The exact error should be:

KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (name of the driver)

After you know the name of the driver you may solve using a guide available online, for example:

Hi Fabio,
Thanks for your quick help. I have installed new driver version (QHY163). But I believe the reason for the crash was not enough memory capacity, because one photo-session runs until 5 pictures and stopped during the 6.picture. So I changed for security from 4GB to 8GB. For testing yesterday the equipment runs well. Nobody knows if there are also bugs in WIN10-upodates.

Win32 cannot use more than about 3.3GB RAM. Are you really using Win10 32bit?

My problem is gone away. There was a bug in the OS of Win 10. Now since yesterday I change to WIN 10 64 Bit. And now it runs well.
