New Camera Interface 5.42

Hello everybody,
a new camera interface is available:

* Script commands for image statistics, and GetPixel / SetPixel.
* Script command Image.Macro
* Catalog of star names for telescope GOTO.
The script commands for image statistics are:
Image.MaxValue
Image.MinValue
Image.Average
Image.StandardDeviation
Image.Background
they can be useful for taking optimized flat fields or avoid saturation.
The command Image.Macro(n) is very powerful since a Macro can contain any filter. This means that from scripts is now possible to perform a lot of processing.
Inside the Telescope Window, it's now possible to GOTO a star (e.g. VEGA, CAPELLA, RIGEL, etc.) up to magnitude 4.5. This function was requested on the forum.
