There are two ways:
1) Drag and Drop:
Just drag and drop the image into the edit box where you are writing. Wait a few seconds until the button "Place inline" appears, the click it. You may then move the tag in another place of the message.
2) "Images and attachments"
Use the tab below, click "Add files" then follow the same steps as above.
