Hello,
Is there a way to save the image in fits format that is generated in the focus window? I would like to use CCD inspector defocus star collimate routine but it needs a directory to read the fits image. CCD inspector will delete the image after it reads it. This will prevent hundreds of saved frames.

Hello,
not from the focus window, but you could do this way:
after you have selected the rectangle used for focus, go to the Setting page and click "Subframe / From selection", then you can start a Sequence with autosave which will do the job. Remember to set the same short exposure time.
