After reinstalling AA3, I can not get the SAO and Stars to Show up on the Star Map. Seems like some menus are missing, cant adjust magnitude to display like before. I also cannot find the GSD download on the AA Website to try a new install.
Where do you get the USNO catalo and the GSD catalog on the AA website?

Hello, the GSC catalog is on the Astroart 3 CDROM, in the folder "GSCData", just copy it to a folder of the hard disk.
In the past, the USNO A catalog must be requested from the USNO headquarters. Here it seems that there's a FTP folder to download it: http://tdc-www.harvard.edu/catalogs/ua2.html . Other links can be found with a internet search: " usno a catalog download "
but please note that the USNO A is now a bit obsolete.
