Nikon 5600 Cannot Open Camera

Hi, new to Astroart, using the Demo version. Downloaded the Nikon Plug-in, tried to connect to my D5600 and I get the code "Cannot open camera". Camera is on and recognized by my PC. What am I missing? Thanks!
