Hi Joe,

I was assuming you were not able to guide with the relay port on the Gemini at all and were using the serial (RS232) connection in PHD for both Goto & Guiding.

I'll have to look through some old notes of mine with configuration parameters when I was using the Gemini-1 with Astroart 4 & 5 and see if there is something I can help with.

Best Regards,
Bill

Fabio,

At my dark site imaging! I still can’t get the auto-guider to calibrate and the mount doesn’t move when AA8 is trying to calibrate. I’m running the output of the QHY guider to the autoguider port of the Gemini 1. I want to note that I don’t have the Camera 2 options in the pull-down menu. Could it be I don’t have the correct drivers?

Thank again for the help!

Joe

Hi Joe, I think that the problem can be solved via technical assistance, we'll need to exchange several screenshots. Please contact me at: https://www.msb-astroart.com/support.htm (this forum is not for official technical support).
Fabio.
