failure to download images using AA9

I have AA9 both the 32 and 64 bit programs loaded. I am trying to use my ZWOASI 2600mcpro using ASCOM. I use the camera control setup denoting that I am using an ascom camera. the software recognizes my camera, its properties which I select ect as I have done many times using AA7. I set the number of exposures and their length and then watch blank black screens stack up. I have even placed a flashlight in front of the scope. Still no visible image.
I use a 12 amp 5 volt power source that by volt meters delivers 12 volts to the camera. the only other device hooked to the camera is the usb2 line to the focuser. BTW i have tried both the 32 and 64 bit programs--all failed.

please ignore this issue. with daylight and a new morning I seemed to have resolved the issue. sorry to have bothered you all. cjacobson
