Good morning
I was wondering is there is a way to use AA5 to compensate for temperature drop throughout the imaging session. I have had the greatest success using the software so far but also wondered if this feature can make it that much better for people with autofocusers like myself.
Thanks much

Re: Temperature compensation
Has your focuser an internal thermometer ?
In the ASCOM driver of your focuser there could be options for it.

Fabio
I have a moonlite focuser that does have a temperature sensor inside the mini V2 controller as well as an external probe. What this does not do is communicate with AA5 to tell it about a temperature drop and force it to pause exposing and refocus.
The ASCOM driver has a temperature compensation in it but might end up moving the focuser as AA5 is exposing.
