Updated driver for Canon DSLR

it's available a new driver for Canon™ cameras released in the last 12 months (for example: 800D, 77D, 1300D).

I upgraded my computer a while ago and have not hooked up my old Canon 20D. Can you point me in the right direction again? I know there is a file location issue when I get a black box with a big X, but forget how it is solved.

It means the folder you have chosen for the Canon Utilities file save doesn't match the file location you're using in AA6.
Double check and make them the same.
