Fits Header Temperature

Reviewing the FITS header of an image taken by a StarLight Express SXVR-M25C camera I notice that the temperature recorded was -0.0050000 instead of the -5 C the camera temperature displayed Camera Panel. Tried a coupled of other temperatures, example -10C in the FITS header is shown as -0.010000.

Is the a driver issue or an AstroArt7 problem.
