Updated camera plugins for incoming SP3

Hello, at the Astroart web site:

some plugins have been updated (ASCOM and Starlight-Xpress), for the incoming Astroart 8 SP3, which will be released in January. The 64 bit version of SP3 will support native 64 bit plugins for camera control.
If you are already using the previous: ASCOM plugin 2.60, or Starlight-Xpress 3.30 or SX Lodestar 2.00 there's no need to upgrade now.
