Camera plugin

I installed AA today,and am already having problems I read the pdf and installed the ascom plug in for my asi 294. The camera chooser still only shows simulator.
My cam is recognized by all my other apps and ascom is up to date. What should I do? Thanks john

Hi, try comparing the 32 and 64 bit versions of Astroart, and see if there are differences in the ASCOM Chooser.
If none of them shows the ASI Camera in the Chooser, install the ASI ASCOM driver, version 6.5.25 here:
https://www.zwoastro.com/software/
The default download is only for 64 bit apps, so you will have to use the 64 bit version of Astroart.
Below the button, there's also a 32 bit version called "Other Ver: x86". Install that if you prefer to use the 32 bit version of Astroart.

The plug in was the key. I assumed I already had it since my other imaging apps
were fine. thanks john
