I have 58 poses with a camera APN CANON. After stacking, how to color in the final image. The tutorial did not help me.

Hello,
you need to enable the option "Synthese couleurs CCD" in Pretreatment.
With the Canon 600D you must set: RGB and XY = 0/1
(As a test, try to open a daytime image, and click the menu Couleur/Synthese couleurs CCD to "debayer" the image. After the synthesis you may want to tune the colors with the command Color Balance, then increase the Saturation to 55-60).
All this is true if you didn't enable "DCRaw colour synthesis" in the global Preferences, otherwise all images are automatically converted to colour (but doing so you lose the chance to remove hot pixels and correct dark/flats).
