Total Mean pixel value display

Hi I'm trying to calibrate my ccd gain and offset. I need to know the total image "mean pixel value"
Can someone tell me where this is displayed. I must emphersize it's the TOTAL IMAGE mean pixel size I need

Here's an example what you get with View-Statistics:

Min ............ 284 @ 323,754
Max ............ 65535 @ 756,194
Background ..... 2606
Average ........ 2773.8358
Sum ............ 2121135586
Std.deviation .. 2481.1838
