Aligning images

Hello again,

When aligning spectral images, are these aligned vertically and/or horizontally?

How far apart would such spectra be to be considered for aligning?

Details of any other considerations would be appreciated.

Hello, yes both vertically and horizontally. The maximum allowed shift is approx. 40% of the field.
If a sequence cannot be aligned, consider the Preprocessing "Manual Alignment". Thanks to its quick and zoomed preview, it doesn't take too much time.
