I found this Youtube video:

The trick is to use the Ha and OIII images as follows in Trichomy:
Red: Ha
Green: OIII
Blue: Ha

Also, if you need to create the frame which is 70% HA and 30% OIII , it's possible to use the "Merge" Window or the "Average" Window, after having aligned the images with the command "Align" or "Align All".

I tried both the above methods, but I wasn't pleased with the result. Then I "stumbled" over a thread on stargazers lounge, can't re-find it, unfortunately, where someone mentioned, that in the case of H-alpha and O-III, one needs to create a "synthetic" green channel, by multiplying H-alpha with O-III.
This worked for me:
Given is two images, "Ha" and "OIII".
1) Open "Ha" and use DDP to stretch.
2) Open "OIII" and use DDP to stretch.
3) Select "Ha" and press F2 to mak a copy.
4) Select menu item Arithmetic->Multiply and choose "OIII". This multiplies "Ha" with "OIII".
5) Use DDP to stretch the result and save as "Ha_multi_OIII"
6) Trichromy:
Red : "Ha"
Green: "Ha_multi_OIII"
Blue: "OIII"
Algorithm: White point
I just used the above technique on the Fish Head.
