color synthesis window

Hello folks ,

I have an older copy of AA . Actually have 2,3 and 4 . I recently installed 4.0 on a windows 10 laptop . I captured some subs using Nebulosity but want to use AA 4.0 to process . I can't seem to match the color synthesis image with the actual image no matter what I do and the colors are coming out wrong . I am using an ST8300C camera .When demosiac is done colors are obviously switched somehow and I am thinking its because of the synthesis window mismatch .Looks like green must be getting switched with red or blue . Does anyone know what could be going on ? Both programs are set to capture in RGB imageready format . Thanks

Have you tried different demosaic settings ?

Are you using binning 1x1?

Verify also that the Bayer pattern is there.

If yes, try to change the X,Y offset (there are 4 combinations, 0/0, 0/1, 1/0, 1/1)

I have tried the xy offset every way possible . It looks like what's happening is the two green in the.bayer pattern are being swapped for red or blue .AA 4.0 does not have color in the synthesis window just black , white or shades of gray . I think later versions do in fact have color but that won't help with what I have . Another thing I noticed is the image orientation is different (180%) than if opened in other software such as Nebulosity . Thanks
