My reading (sometimes a dangerous pass-time?) has caused me to ask some questions regarding the E(B-V) values in your fine MILES Search spreadsheet. I understand the difference between using reddened/dereddened data when processing spectra.
I quote the following:
E(B-V) is related to interstellar reddening and is customarily quantified as color excess by:
E(B-V) (color excess) = (B-V) (observed color index) - (B-V)0 (the intrinsic color index)
A color index is the difference between the magnitude of a star measured at one standard wavelength and the magnitude at another, albeit longer, standard wavelength: this is a quantitative measure of a star’s color.
The intrinsic color index may be predicted from its spectral type.
Q1. Are you able to explain what calculation produced the E(B-V) data in your spreadsheet?
Q2. Where is the data used in such calculations available?
Q3. Are you able to provide any comments about how to determine the intrinsic color index?

I use the Miles (and Pickles) database in BASS Project for my spectrography.
