I tried to do a 2 panel mosaic with AA8.
Even when I set multiple alignment points it seems that it doesn't do rotate.

Am I doing wrong something or is it not really rotating the panels ?

Hi, Mosaic does not rotate.
The only solution would be to rotate the second image manually, before mosaic. The angle is the difference between the two images. It could be found via plate solve, or from the same two stars, using the command "Separation" from the Stars Window.
For example, if one image is rotated 1.3 degrees and the other is 4.7 degrees, the second image should be rotated by 3.4 degrees.
