Astroart 5.0 Observation manager/Script Generator

Hi,

As a result of some work with Nor of Tonight Sky and the Supernova Detection Assistant add on, there is now a report output that feeds directly into Astroart4 or 5 target files and also into the ObsMgr5.0 Script generator. This will allow a nights automated supernova hunting using AA5 and ObsMgr5.0.

Great work and testing by the Tonight Sky guy's (Nor).

ObsMgr5.01 will be released this week with new features to produce script that is able to cope with individual frames and exposures/filters/guiding/focus for each target in the list.
