Is there a script command for invoke the Tools > Plate solve command
And setting the parameter. Search region or from image center.

But where do I find the function ?

From the help file under scripts.

Image.FindCoordinates (ra,de,stars,[search],[fovarcmin])

Finds the center plate and calibrates the image via plate solving. It's possible to set the search zone in degrees (default is 2°x2°) and the field of view in arcminutes.
