batch photometry on aseroid
Hi,
Is it possible to do batch photometry on an asteroid that is moving over the star field in the image sequence?

Hi,
this feature is included in Service Pack 3, which will be released in 1-2 weeks.
(At the moment it's not possible).

Fabio, is the "Follow minor planet" Motion Angle true angle, degrees east of north or the angle in the image?

Re: batch photometry on aseroid
Hello, it's the angle given by the MPC.
http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/MPEph/MPEph.html
In the mask below select a hourly query (1) , if the object is a NEO you may need to select your earth location (2)
Click "Get Ephemeris", then in the query result select a UT near your exposure (22:00 in the example). The angle is the item (2) which is 241.4, the speed is the item (1).

P.S. if you have an updated MPCOrb file, both data can be calculated by AA with the "Find" button in "Follow minor planet"
